September 6th events
The Halifax-Dartmouth and Distrcit Labour Council is hosting a March, Rally and BBQ Picnic on the Halifax Common. Line up for the parade at the South Commons Triangle (at the Willow Tree), Bell Road at 10:30 am for the 11 o'clock start. Rally and picnic to follow. Free face painting, cotton candy and snow cones for the kids!
The Cape Breton District Labour Council is hosting a BBQ picnic from 12 pm - 2 pm featuring food and music, games and lots of fun for kids at the Sydney Boardwalk by the Civic Centre.
The Strait Area and District Labour Council is hosting their 2nd Annual Labour Day BBQ at the CEP Hall in Port Hawkesbury, 323 Reeves St. (next to the Dairy Queen) at 2 pm.
